I have worked with many inspectors the past 22 years I have been in real estate and there have only been a handful that have impressed me and Norm is one of them. I love that he has a construction background and is a seasoned veteran in the business. He is a straight shooter and has the ability to communicate clearly with kindness. He takes a personal interest with each customer and shows genuine concern for their investment. He is very pleasant to work with… always reliable… and extremely proficient at his job. I have a lot of respect for Norm and rely on him and his expertise with confidence.
